Booking Policies & Studio Guidelines.

Please review these policies before booking so your BIY experience starts smooth and stays stress-free.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, but guests may contact BIY Purse Lounge to reschedule to another available session.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule their appointment based on availability.

No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows forfeit the full amount paid and are not eligible for a refund.

Private Event Confirmation

Submitting a private party inquiry does not reserve your requested date or time. Private events are not confirmed until BIY Purse Lounge has verified availability and the required deposit has been received.

Guest Agreement

Guest Participation Agreement.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to BIY Purse Lounge’s booking policies, cancellation policy, refund policy, late arrival policy, no-show policy, guest participation agreement, and studio guidelines.

Creative Materials & Assumption of Risk

Guests acknowledge they will be using paints, sealers, adhesives, rhinestones, stencils, and other creative materials. Guests participate voluntarily and agree to follow studio instructions and safety guidelines.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Guests are responsible for informing BIY Purse Lounge of any known allergies or sensitivities before participating.

Clothing & Personal Belongings

Aprons will be provided. Paints and other materials may permanently stain clothing or personal belongings. BIY Purse Lounge is not responsible for damage to clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry, or unattended personal items.

Minors

A parent or legal guardian must complete booking and agreement requirements for participants under the age of 18.

Studio Property

Guests may be responsible for intentional damage to studio property, furniture, tools, décor, supplies, or equipment. BIY Purse Lounge reserves the right to refuse service for unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.

No. The BIY experience is designed for beginners and creatives alike.

How long is the session?

Most sessions are approximately two hours.

Can I take my purse home the same day?

Yes. Guests take their completed purse home the same day.

Can I book a private party online?

Private parties are handled by inquiry only so we can confirm availability, guest count, deposit details, and event setup directly.
